564th Signal Aircraft Warning Battalion

Remembering this WWII mobile radar unit.

"Our mission is to detect, through the use of Radar and Ground Observers, the movement and status of aircraft in the air, both friendly and enemy; to report the information by the most rapid and secure means, to the designated location; to analyze and display the same information rapidly and coherently for the use of the Army Air Force Controller."

Our site is still under construction... keep checking back!
